Can someone explain Alamo online check in & skip the counter

It says “business account does not exist, or is not applicable for this brand”

They had me deleting the spaces in between post code, phone number and other things before they finally came up with that answer

Its an error I've had a few times, although not recently. Only way I ever fixed it was to rebook the vehicle unfortunately. Sorry about that.

Can you still cancel after you've done OLCI? Or do you normally leave OLCI until the week before you travel anyway to be safe?

You can still cancel (subject to any cancellation fee's / time limits imposed by the company you book with).

Makes no difference if you do the olci straight away or 48 hours before.
