My Disney Experience

Hi all,
We have booked 2 rooms under 1 name for our September visit to POFQ. DH and me in one room, my Mum in the other. The My Disney Experience app is only showing 1 room for 2 guests. I've asked Virgin on Twitter who said to put our reference number in plus "a" at the end to link up, but to no avail. Before I phone them, is there anything obvious in doing wrong or has anyone else had this problem?

Try a 1 on the end. It sounds silly but it happened to my mum when she booked two rooms and this worked. If no luck Disney may need to manually add it x

mine is normally a capital A but the first time I did have to ring them
