VA question!
Hey guys! My partner is vegan and was just wondering if anyone knew that they have soya milk both on the plane and in the v-room at Gatwick airport as well.
Would we have to contact and request it? She loves her cups of tea and is desperate to know! |

So the short answer is yes from my experience on the plane at least and we have actually never managed to get them to put it on. Online you can request a vegan meal which I have seen come with tiny soya milk for the cuppa after but I haven't seen any soya milk as standard on the plane. The v-room I haven't tried yet so might stock it.
Just to note though - the tea on the plane is awful! Way way over stewed in my opinion. In terms of who to contact directly I'm not sure sorry. I would probably chat to someone at VH and see if they know (assuming as you have the V-lounge you booked through them)

We have never had problems being vegan with VA. Not sure about the v-room, but they had different plant milks in the clubhouse - and they swap products between the lounges so it should be fine. Onboard has usually been fine also so hopefully your partner will be well looked after. The only downside is we do not get as much food as other passengers - ice cream, snacks etc. VA have come on a fair bit over the years so hopefully the food will be good for her also :-)
