Dining Plans for 2020
So having seen this post raise more questions than answers I decided to do a little detective work yesterday.
I called DisneyWorld line provided in the deals section of the website yesterday to get a quote for the same holiday we booked for 2018 (2 weeks POR). I REALLY had to resist the urge to book it Firstly I was actually quite impressed that the price hadn't gone astronomically higher than we'd previously paid. While I was on the call I asked about free dining for 2020. Here's what I was told: The staff there had just found out that announcements about dining and other offers are expected to go live on the official Disney website on 11th April. She was unaware what these offers would look like, whether it would be free dining or otherwise, however if I booked there and then I could call to modify my existing booking and there would be a £50 cancellation fee to the existing booking. We can't afford to go for another couple of years yet (2018 broke us!) but I do still love mock pricing and dreaming of our return! What I'd take away from the call though is if you can wait until 11th April then best of luck, or maybe if you REALLY want to secure your booking and you're happy to pay the £50 to change it then now might be a good time. Hope this helps folks

Super helpful, thanks!
Did she mention anything about when dates for 2020 might go live on the Disney website? |
