October 2020 - Virgin holidays
Hi All,
Not sure if anyone will be able to help. My family are looking to book a holiday in October 2020, either through Virgin themselves or another travel agent that offers Virgin flights. We want to stay on site, however the Virgin holidays website (along with other TAs) arent showing any availability for onsite Disney hotels? Anyone know when this will become available? We arent fussed about free dining, as we just want to secure the holiday no matter the cost. It will be my parents 30th wedding anniversary and they are desperate to stay on site after my OH and I did last year. If anyone has any info, it would be greatly appreciated!

I think there will be a booking and availabilty frenzy should, if, maybe, disney offer free dining for 2020 at the end of April 2019.

This is why my parents would like to get it booked before April!
They want to know they are going, and dining isn't the be all and end all for them! flying with Virgin is! My OH and I did DDP last year and found it all a bit much! So will probably stay away from DDP next year!

I emailed ATD exactly the same question you posed, they said "Sorry at present we are unable to book Disney Hotels past 30th September 2020. Once they open up further date, i can let you know".
Im getting this is across the board as ive seen no availability for Disney hotels - bar Deluxe. Good luck with your search x Edited at 05:00 PM. |

Good to know im not the only one who wants to book October!
Im hoping it might just be a matter of waiting until March, so the next month will become available to book! Good luck with your search also!

Given you can still Book some Disney Hotels with Virgin flights from a variety of travel agents for October 2019 I don’t think you need to worry too much about 2020 availability. Disney hotels will open up end of March or April with or without free/included dining.
This year free dining was quite limited so lots of hotel options appeared to “sell out” But when the offer ended Disney released more rooms, which is about the same time Virgin will be releasing the flights anyway, although you should be able to get them as a package with lots of travel agent before then. |
