Is a BA flydrive or one day car hire classed as holiday ?

If you book just one day car hire do you still just pay a deposit rather than the full amount

Yes we ended up booking a flydrive as it was cheaper that flight only. Wasn't the cheapest we've had at £3700 for 5 of us with Explorer for 2 weeks but am relieved to have booked something as tied to dates.
