Disney 2019 - Dining Plan
Hello Dibbers
Genuinely hoping to book WL for 3 weeks in August 2019 with Free Dining Plan. Do you know dates when this may be offered? Do you have any recommendations as to who to book with? Any advice welcome - costs are currently about £12000 for room only with direct flights but an addition of about £3500 for dining so it makes sense to me to wait When should i put an alter in my calendar to book? Many thanks Jonathan Link to Disney Website Disney disneyholidays Edited at 11:42 AM. |

The date that we've heard is 5th April, although last year you could book from 30th March on a provisional basis that was then confirmed when it was officially released. Keep your eye on here as the boards will go crazy with people posting about it and what deals they've found. OrlandoAttractions.com are my agent of choice as they are cheaper than WDW direct and have great service too

It's that time of year when no one knows how the search function works and loves2plan's copy/paste button goes into overdrive

I've never heard of that and lots of companies sell rooms cheaper than Disney, like Expedia, Netflights, Orlando Attractions and many others. Just look at Trivago for the different rates companies offer.
I've only booked direct with Disney once as have got cheaper free dining rates with third party companies every other time. Harder to comment on packages though as flights vary so much.

That's interesting! We went with Virgin the first two trips and Disney Direct organising our own flights the last two. I recognise that Virgin are expensive, but never really researched the alternatives. This year I want to wait to book for autumn 2019 until we return from our West Coast trip in mid-June. So I will have a month of research time before we go after (presumably) DDP is announced!

Orlando Attractions will put your name and details on a list to be contacted with a quote as soon as the free DDP details are released

We are seriously thinking of doing an on-site stay next year (after costing up what we spend while at Disney whilst there over New Year and thinking it would effectively cost little or no more to stay onsite) and this thread is really interesting as although we are Floridian veterans we have NEVER stayed onsite or done DDP!
Do you have to ring Orlando Attractions to be put on the list? Who else do people recommend to go with/get prices from for on site Disney stays? |
