If you haven't already booked accommodation it may be worth considering a Disney resort, we are a family of 5 staying at POR costing £190 a night (excluding park tickets) including free QSDP, Disney parking and free buses to/from Disney Parks/MCO.
Our original plan was only Disney and no car for this year but due to no availability to extend our Disney stay (due to flight change) we will have a car on our first day and two bed apartment close to Disney, we don't mind being all in one room for a couple of weeks as it's a small price to pay for the perks. |

We are a family of 4 (the kids will be 3 and 8 when we go) we are staying onsite with no ddp. We are allowing $250 a day for eating, shopping and whatever we want to do. It’s not a strict budget and it doesn’t matter if we go over. But that’s roughly what we are allowing.

We are a family of 2 plus boys of 15 and 11.
We generally stay in a Villa and have continental style breakfast or alternatively, always seek hotels with complimentary breakfast. We generally snack for lunch, having packed it in a daybag and taken it into the park. Occasionally it will be a park meal. We almost invariably eat out at night, 2 courses and a cocktail or similar.. typically a mix of Longhorn, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Golden Coral, Cheesecake Factory , NYPD Pizza and similar. Petrol is not included as whilst, staying local to Orlando costs very little, we typically drive 600-1100 miles in a fortnight, covering both coasts, keys and as far round as Mobile Alabama on various trips. Our budget is around $140 a day including tips at 18% or so, on average throughout the vacation. Apart from the odd bottle of wine bought at Walmart, we are very light drinkers and that saves a great deal.
