Beach

Hi all,

Thinking of having a couple of days at the beach on our next visit. We have done Miami and Vero beach. Where would you recommend? Also accommodation any recommendations? the majority of our stay will be in Davenport.

We have stayed at Clearwater and st Petes beach and enjoyed both we would happily go back to them. We don't lay on the beach all day just a few hours late afternoon so we need somewhere with other things to do and both these we good for that.

Fort de soto national park is about 15-20 mins drive from st Petes we spent a morning there walking round and saw manatees swimming in the sea.

We stayed at the grand plaza beachfront at st Petes and would stop there again.

We love Clearwater. Great beach, plenty to do. Easy trip down from Davenport.

St Pete's for us and will probably return to Cocoa also (other coast).

Clearwater, Cocoa Beach or a trip to Anna Maria Island.

We stayed in St Petes Beach at the Gulf Tides Inn. It�s a nice place run by a British family about 100 metres from the beach.
