Hi,
We went to book with them a few days ago, after our booking only being “requested” we decided to look up some reviews (should have done this before really) and we panicked a bit. I emailed to cancel straight away, because we also found the hotel cheaper elsewhere. They rang me back early the next day and were really helpful and were happy to cancel the booking, so probably not as bad as the reviews make out. |

Reviews on trust pilot are not great in truth and we decided not to use them based on that. It’s a site we tend to browse before picking companies for quite a few different things in our lives and i’ve always found it pretty accurate. We always try to get the right balance between cost and quality. If something seems to good to be true such as price I always ask the question what’s been cut to achieve that price.
