Mickeys very merry christmas party

1st time doing this and so super excited :-)
A few questions, do many of the rides etc stay open till midnight? Does it be really mega busy like sardines in a can busy?
We have booked for November 28th?
Can't understand how Disney clear the park of non party goers it seems like an impossible task to me :-) we don't have a magic kingdom park ticket so can we do fast pass from 4pm? Sorry for all the questions mega excited :-)

You can access MK from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your MVMCP ticket.

MK closes at 6.00 p.m. (Party officially starts at 7 p.m.) and at some point CM's do a sweep of the park to ask those without tickets for the party to leave.

Assuming it is the same as the Halloween Party you get a wristband on arrival for the Party.

We going on the 12th can't wait 1st timers too. Plan is check in at all star at 3 then magic kingdom for 4 then party till midnight then up early next day for early opening at animal kingdom think we may be very tired but who cares

We are going on the 12th for the first time too, staying at baylake tower so a nice stroll over sometime late afternoon. Now I just have to find something Christmassy to wear!

If anyone is going to the Christmas Party and can bring our son a Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card, he'd be thrilled. He loves SOTMK and spends ages playing every time we're in MK!

On party nights, they release a special free card, one for each attendee. They can be picked up at the Fire House in MK.

3rd time for us on the 10th. Christmas t shirts ( incase it’s hot ) ✅ Christmas jumpers ( incase it’s cooler lol) ✅ Disney Flashy Christmas lights ✅, glow sticks ✅. Excited to see Father Christmas in the parade again ( he talked to my dh last time ) . Super excited ✅

There are plenty of announcements to try and clear the park, this is the first year the park is start g to clear at 6pm and fastpass has stopped at 6pm and restaurants don’t do adrs past this time . You need a special reservation past 6:30pm . They are hoping this will help make people leave. You get stragglers and there have been many complaints about it in the past . You will always get someone who thinks its there right to stay and watch the fireworks even though they havent paid. They used to rope of areas and only let you through with a wristband , remains to be seen if they start this again.

I’ve been once and just to address the queuing question, we actually found the rides pretty quiet. Certainly quieter than during the day.

Heading back in a few weeks and cannot wait.
