Not a nice story, you will probably find you will never bump into that CM again, sadly there are a few bad apples everywhere, seems here security and Guest relations did the right thing.
I hope it does not put you off Disney, 99.99% of the CM's in WDW do an amazing job under very pressurised circumstances. I know I could never work in MK, I think would break me for sure!

This is awful! Such a shame when the odd bad CM slips through the net. We had a really bad experience in 2017 with a CM and due to it being the day we were flying home I couldn't complain until at home. The Guest Services lady who dealt with us was wonderful, she phoned me up and also emailed us and gave us little extra things for our return trip this year. My main reason for the complaint to Guest Services was because these people should NOT be working for Disney and so that they could stop her doing it to another family. So sorry for your experience but I hope it doesn't put you off (the bad CM we had dealings with was from the UK which I was extra upset about!)

That's just terrible, I would hope she doesn't have a job there anymore, is there anyway you can find out what happened? How lovely of guest services to give you a voucher and I'm really glad they were fuming at the CM!

I would just add as well where you get great Cast interaction make sure you feed that back as well. Disney really does take interest in these things, and it will get fed back.
It works both ways.

So sad to read this - people work and save hard for their ‘not cheap ‘ holiday to WDW and deserve far better treatment than this! Hope you manage to enjoy the rest of your holiday and that Disney give you a little extra magic somehow x
