I don't think you can book any of the Universal restaurants.
Most of the Disney ones will be ok at 180 days - apart from BoG breakfast which is still very popular as its the only QS that can be prebooked, Cali Grill is also booked quickly because of the firework view. Victoria and Alberts gets booked up despite costing a fortune and not being on the DDP - I think you need to ring up for that one.

Yes - but the OP specifically asked about breakfast.
Breakfast and lunch are both QS meals. You can book dinner which is now a Signature meal (2 TS credits) and is a fixed French menu - the Beast is still in his Library though :-)

Ok get it now. So we're definitely planning to do BOG. If its for breakfast or lunch will I still have to make a ADR at 180 days even though its QS?

EDIT: Sorry I just re-read your initial post. You said breakfast at BOG is the only QS that can be pre-booked

Edited at 10:06 PM.

Yes you will need to book it and promptly as it will get booked up quickly, especially early breakfasts.

I have never yet see anyone struggle to get reservations at 180 days and definitely not 180 +10 days. I thought about V&A for our next trip and there were plenty of options once my +10 opened up, although I have never seen it available at just 180 days.
