August 2018 Just The Four Of Us - 14 days onsite at Old Key West

After reading so many great reports on the Dibb I have plucked up the courage to put pen to paper (or finger to keyboard) for my first attempt at a trip report.

Who knew it could take so long? It's been lovely to write and I should be able to post a new edition every couple of days.

Pre Trip Report - Just The Four Of Us

For the sake of those who havn't read the pre-trip report we are. Jason (Dad), Kirsten (Mum) Isla (DD 10 3/4) Dylan (DS 8 but only just)

Pre Travel and Travel Days- 31st July & 1st August 2018

Day 1 Chef Mickeys, MK, Car and Blaze Pizza
Day 2 Hollywood Studios and a late night at EPCOT
Day 3 Failed trip to Wakiwa..We're off to Celebration
Day 4 It's worse than that it's dead Jim. Epcot and Cape May Cafe
Day 5 The Beach, Pier & The Polite Pig at Disney Springs
Day 6 Animal Kingdom, Tusker House and grumpy children
Day 7 A very Busy day and then...Laundry Club
Day 8 Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Cali Grill & Fireworks
Day 9 Books, Blizzard, AK – Everything's NOT Perfect!
Day 10 Fort Wilderness eventually and adventures in EPCOT.
Day 12 Ohana's, Blizzard Beach and Disney Springs.

There is more to come... honestly. It's been a manic few weeks with much stress at work and elsewhere. I've done my back in among other things and we are manic with kids clubs, football, guides, swimming, birthdays, Christmas planning and a bunch of other excuses.

Well that's another couple of days up and I'll soon get around to writing up the last few days. It's hard to fit it all in around work but I do enjoy the process. We'll have a good record of this holiday and I imagine that I'll probably end up doing trip reports of most of our future family holidays too whether theyget published or not.

Next installments will come within a couple of weeks if all goes to plan.

It takes soooooo long!

I am in the process of doing my trip report from our Disney cruise to Norway and Iceland.

Another couple of days written up and only another couple of days left to complete this trippie. For some reason I've posted day 10 and day 12 and forgotten to do day 11. I'll get this up soon and then I'll be able to begin on the next pre-trippie for a cheeky Universal trip in August. Happy Days. Let the planning commence again.
