sandwich question in the parks

we are a family of 4 and normally eat our main meal in the evening, and for years we all have a sandwich at lunchtime, with hotdogs/burgers/fries everywhere where would you suggest we go for rolls or sandwiches in disney parks
i have seasons at epcot down, and bread box at universal, where would you suggest for the others HS MK AK
its so easy to just grab the nearest hotdog or plastic cheese fries but last time we felt like do do after a week of sweet everything

Why not consider taking a packed lunch? Much cheaper! We get a big sub from Walmart and they are huge 1 sub feeds all 4 of us! It’s around $5-6.

Assuming you don't want to pack any...

Columbia Harbour House in MK and Woody's Lunch Box in HS have a few choices each. Most come with fries as a default but you can ask for them without (which is a couple $ cheaper if you're paying OOP) if you don't want them.

Kusafiri in AK specifically for sandwiches, although I recommend Satu'li for something different from the usual park QS menus.
