Disney stay and dining package

Haven’t never done it before in all the times we have gone to Disney
Am I too late to book on site and get the DDP also for this year?
and if I can still do this who am I best to book this through we were thinking a week on site and a week off site

You are too late to book the FREE Dining Package for this year, but you can still pay for it.

Free dining for this year ended in November last year. You can pay for the dining plan at any time though. You need a minimum of 5 nights stay and have to book accommodation and Disney tickets as a package in order to add a dining plan.
