New York/Caribbean Cruise

Its my 40th next year and I am thinking of a stay in NY then a Caribbean cruise. Has anyone else done this? I am looking for recommendations of who to book with please.

We did a cruise to Bermuda from New York last year. We sailed on NCL Escape, all inclusive, sailing from and back to Manhattan cruise terminal.
Unfortunately the bad weather, (hurricane Florence) meant we didn�t get to Bermuda, but the ship was fantastic.

Princess, MSC & Norwegian all do this type of cruise.
We are doing Princess from NY returning to FL- have cruised with them before & fancied this itinery though its a repositioning.

We were booked to do this last Easter for my 40th with NCL but sadly we had to cancel when my son became ill. I still want to go and will definitely do it in the future.
