How late can you leave it to upgrade dining plan?
I've been trying to weigh up the pro's and con's of staying on our QS plan or upgrading to DDP for our trip in October. I've just spotted that it's £17 per person, per night (I think) and as we're there 7 nights that would be £238 extra for the two of us for our trip. We had always said we wanted to go back to the Grand Floridian for breakfast, and now as this is part of our honeymoon we want to add on a special dinner on the last night, so I'm wondering whether we just go all out and upgrade so that we can have more nice meals.
I mentioned this to my future husband and he has said maybe we could treat ourselves when we get there by upgrading, but I'm wondering if this is something you can leave so late, or do we need to tell them in advance? |

Congratulations!
I believe you have 5 days before you check in to upgrade. If you call Disney they are tpreally helpful and would let you know. Be sure to tell them uts your honeymoon. 😊

I'm fairly sure that it's 48 hours in advance

I’m going to throw another number in and say 72 hours before. Either way it’s not something you can do at check in.
