My two favourites are Yak & Yeti at AK and Jungle Skipper Canteen at MK - both really delicious meals and great theming.

I am not a huge fan of any of the TS meals in any of the parks, with the exception of Epcot and then I do find most of the 1 credit meals good without being outstanding The following I like as 1TS and return to

The Wave
Grand floridian Cafe
Chef de France

2TS
Calirfornia Grill
Narcoosee

Like Mr T we rarely have a TS in the parks, I cant eat those big meals at lunchtime, I personally prefer to QS, return to hotel and then eat out in the evenings This year my four year old GS is going so we wil have a few lunches, mainly the first week then mainly resort TS in the evenings

Trying to think of somewhere quieter I’d recommend The Turf Club at Saratoga Springs, we’ve eaten there a few times and it’s never been too busy, you can sit outside to eat and look out over the lake towards DS x

I'd recommend The Sci-Fi Diner, all the family had a great dining experience

In park restaurants are generally very busy and full of tables that are too close together, if you want a relaxing dining experience these aren't the places unfortunately.

I'm another who would recommend looking into the resort TS options, I was also going to suggest The Wave (Contemporary) and Grand Floridian Cafe.

Would not bother with out free DDP.
Overpriced compared to off site.

However If I was going to pick one it would be Coral Reef at Epcot.

Not sure you can avoid children at Disney world but my favourite in Disney is
La Cellier in Epcot - amazing food in my view.

favourite in Disney is California Grill just over Yachtsman however they are both signature restaurants. If I had to pick a non signature one it would be liberty tree tavern.

Fairly child free as it's not in the parks but walkable from EPCOT and also accessible by friendship launch from there and also the Studios ... Trattoria El Forno for dinner . We had a proper grown up dinner there without ridiculous pricing.

We love breakfast buffet at Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge, great choice of food inc tailor made omelettes. Love the jungle juice too!
Yak and Yeti for lunch choice in Animal Kingdom.
Dinner choice would be Teppan Edo or Tokyo Dining in Epcot.
