 I'm down 2 over 5 days last week so I'm happy with that for 1st weigh in back on plan. I'll settle for 1lb a week from now on. Pasta Fazool for lunch today. It's very lovely but I've got That's Amore going around in my head ALL THE TIME! Big breakfast for tea today. Oh, anyone want any raspberries? They say supersweet on the packet but they don't half draw your a*** to your elbows I keep picking but they're definitely not getting any sweeter

All the meals look lovely 🍴🍴 Poor Selina I hope your feeling abit better soon 😘 Didn’t get weighted yesterday as had a “very off plan weekend with lots of 🍸🥂” but back on plan now 👍🏻 Yesterday’s tea was maggis chicken, baked potatoes, peas & sweetcorn & tonight spagetti bolonaise with salad (sorry forgot pics) Paula Xxxxxxx |

Trying an SP day today so tea tonight was chicken cauliflower broccoli carrots and celeriac wedges sprinkled with smoked paprika.

I considered doing an SP day after being at Pizza Hut buffet yesterday! I ended up with a yoghurt though as i forgot! I do like a yoghurt a day, think I could miss 1 day of potato rice or banana but yoghurt would be harder!
