Are you in the DVC section, or were just visiting it?

Yes, we stayed at the Beach Club Villas. We've stayed at the BC many times, but this was our first stay in the villas.

Out of interest which did you prefer- hotel or villa side? I like the DVC building there, it is very nice.

They both actually feel the same with the villas only being a compact area and so close to the BC lobby / Marketplace, you just feel as if you're in the BC. The villas pool area is lovely and very quiet and there's a hot tub and table tennis etc. We only had a villa because we wanted a different sleeping space and bathroom for DD and this worked out well for us. We didn't really use the kitchen as we had the ddp, but the washer / dryer was really useful. We preferred it to the much bigger DVC resorts - this definitely felt more hotel like.

If i can get in, I am booking it for December - unless I can get a Boardwalk Standard which I will go for instead just because it is less points. We love the Epcot resort area.

We do too. Waiting to see what difference having the Sky lift station at the IG will make to that lovely relaxed entrance!
