Bt mail lost my holiday folder

I got a new tablet for Christmas when I transferred my info from Samsung phone to Samsung tablet,2 of my folders have disappeared on the tablet and the phone everything I need for our holiday next year.it has now got four folders the same name which I didn't make but they are all empty. I have searched for help but,just can't find them not in any other folders.

Is there anything to show how long it’s synced for? I know my iPhone has a few different time limits

Have you logged onto your account on bt.com to check the account? Or just on your phone.

Have you got print outs of everything? If you have then it won't matter if you haven't got electronic copies.

I haven't got anything printed out.At first it was still on my phone and not my tablet so transferred again and now it's gone from both.also tried logging on to account and nothing done on line chat and they have passed it on to someone else got to wait for them to get in touch.Dont know what to do.

Have you tried using the search button to look for emails eg search MCO or your home airport, name of your hotel, airline etc x
