just watched it and it is very strange, why would you let a grown man be so near to your daughter especially when both the mum and dad had some sort of relationship with him, all a bit weird if you ask me

Dear god, so many parts of that story that I just couldn’t believe I was watching, that poor girl... I too watch a lot of crime stuff, listen to podcasts etc, it still baffles me that there are cases like this I haven’t heard of

Not at all! There are a LOT though! I don’t know if you’ve ever listened to any before so I’ll give you some well known ones just in case you haven’t

Serial (this is the one that made crime podcasts more mainstream)
Sword and scale (this was the first one I found after serial, I’m not as much of a fan as I was though
Court Junkie
Southern fried true crime

These are American and deal with random cases each week

They walk among us is the only British one I listen too regularly

The rest tend to deal with one case each season

Finding cleo
Beyond reasonable doubt
74 seconds
Broken harts
Cold
Dirty John

These are Australian ones
The teachers pet (high profile at the moment)

Should also say, if you decide they are not for you, true murder is a long running pod cast, he talks to a different crime author every week, about their book and the case from the book, because that I read footsteps in the snow about one of America’s oldest murder cases, was fascinating
