What annoys you the most when you go to the cinema?

Mine is sitting in the eyeline of someone constantly on their phone and keeping their screen so bright it annoys the hell out if me. I've asked very politely on a couple of occasions if they could stop it as it's distracting. I've also witnessed full blown arguments with people being told to switch off their phone. If they have to make/take an important call then take it outside of the screening.

allocated seating in cinemas with "normal" seats

i don't care in places like the showcase near us with giant leather recliners, but at cineworld in town with traditional cinema seats? sod that, i want my space. it basically means i've stopped going there since they introduced it. i now pay the extra quid and go to the one with bigger comfier seats.
