Two of my boys want to do this, I have seen some videos of it but is it worth it and do you know if they ever have any offers on for it? Can the rest of us just walk around or do anything else there?

You could also try Hawk's Landing at the Marriott Orlando World Center: golfhawkslanding/footgolf/

If you're staying at the Reunion Resort, there's: reunionresort/footgolf.htm

And then there's Terrace Hill at Tampa: floridafootgolf/

You should be fine to just walk the course in each case with your boys, and my boys (at 14 and 16) absolutely loved it.
