Car Hire Advice
We are going this August and spending some time in Miami and the Keys before we are in Orlando. I am looking at getting a car when we are in Miami Beach, and then returning it when we fly out of Orlando. Picking up on the 14th and returning on the 31st.
There are four of us, with probably 4 cases. Is it possible to collect from one place and return to another? Can anyone recommend the best company to use and what a reasonable cost is? And also what insurance should I be looking at? Thanks in advance for your help. |

First of all yes you can collect from one location and return to another and most companies will have separate boxes to ask where when you ask for a quote.
Try Alamo Brits or one of the following brokers - DFCH (our favourite ), Virgin Atlantic (stand alone car hire not part of a fly-drive, usrentacar and Netflights. All will include the two most important insurances. CDW (collision damage waiver) with no excess and $1m SLI (supplemental liability insurance) basically third party cover. The companies I mention are regularly used by Dibbers who hire two or three times a year so their prices will be competitive. Mick
