Been snowing in Las Vegas no jokev

It was snowing one trip I was there, happens about every three years according to the locals

We once could not get to the Grand Canyon on a trip as it was a white out. I was gutted so we had to plan another Vegas trip-every clouds lol!

In July last year we where in Walmart close to airport and the security kept us inside as it was hailstones, really big, melting as soon as hit ground, but very odd to experience.

I was cursing it today as it took us 10 hours to get from the Grand Canyon back to Vegas. Worst snow storm I have ever driven through, thought we were going to be spending the night in the car at one point 😳. By the time we arrived and checked into the Bellagio it had thankfully all melted

This was the Grand Canyon this morning!

Thankfully when we got there yesterday afternoon before the storm we got to see most of it.

It then took us 10 hours to drive back to Vegas, we were very lucky we got out. Like you say a good excuse to go back!

I�ve had snow before in Vegas , 2006 we had a week of rubbish weather .

Glad you got to see it before the snow as well. Snow in Vegas is not common and usually doesn�t settle for long. They have had flight cancellations and everything this time. Is Vegas any warmer?

Thanks Jo. Yes definitely warmer in Vegas and no snow at all now, it�s still chilly though although beautiful blue sky and sunny!
