I had a Miles boost on a flight back for the 15th Sept. Sadly we cancelled that flight and came home with TC as my Wife's Mum died.
The Miles were applied on the 30th September so a circa 2 week delay.

That happened to me last year. There's a claim form on the website, you fill in all the flight details. I used it then and the miles were in my account a few days later. Here's a link to the form if you're interested. virginatlantic/accta...ecredit.action

waiting impatiently...!

I 'boosted' my recent flights last night by text and the miles are there this morning. Doesn't seem to be many reward flights around for next year though. Hope they don't move the goalposts again in terms of miles needed etc...
Thanks to the advice on this thread |

I'm looking at miles plus money for next year. I have a VA credit card and am using it for spends over £5 and paying it when it hits my account. It's surprising how much these odd amounts add up.

Is this better than buying miles with Tesco clubcard points please? We do really well with those.

Sue. I'm not sure sorry as I never use Tesco more than once or twice a year.
What do you pay to get those Miles that way and what do you get Miles wise?

Sue. No brilliant for Tesco if my maths is right. It may not be!
I pay 1.39999p a mile with a triple boost plus bonus I think you pay 2.5p a mile via Tesco.

We’ve just registered and claimed ours from our flights in May, then x3 boosted it so takes to enough for flights now to Orlando. But aiming to be going in 3 years due to baby on the way.
Just wish we had sorted these air miles years ago as we’ve done Florida twice, New York and Vegas all via virgin in the last 10 years |
