When you start to plan out your days you will soon see that 14 days is not that much really. You have 4 main parks which you are likley to want to visit at least twice each, then the water parks and you upto 10 days already, add in some time at disney springs and mini golf and that leaves you 2 days to flex around what you want to do again.
Plus with DDP you could spend half your time eating lol.

When we go its either just Disney, to get the best value from 14 day tickets. We will then go back another year and just do universal, sea world, Aqatica, bush gardens.

Absolutely! Especially with young kids. We did 14nights just Disney in 2016 and will do the same this year. Even with 14 nights, were still struggling to fit everything in!

Thanks so much. A few people who Ive talked to are incredulous that we arent doing Universal but its SUCH a lot of money. We love Harry Potter but think we will save it til the kids are older (if we ever manage to save up to go again!)

We have been 3 times, twice just Disney and once just Universal. I think 2 lots of tickets are so expensive plus it would be very hectic to do two lots of parks I feel. We are considering Disney and Universal for a future visit but definitely one lot of tickets are enough for a first time.

Your children are very young too, and would find quite a few rides too big for them yet, so I would wait a couple of years. Good excuse for a return trip 😀

We're just doing Disney again this year. Always just stay onsite and enjoy all the benefits of that.
Bit like the McDonald's advert - I like getting my money's worth!

I think that we have been lucky enough to do just Disney. It is truly magical and we loved it several years running until the boys were older 😁

Are these people that have never actually priced up the tickets!? We did a split stay this year but on other years I have decided one or the other. Even just for two of us it is stupid amounts of money for tickets for both and they go barely used (e.g. we used our 14 day Disney tickets for 6 days this tear).
