Villa Essentials

Hi all. D day fast approaching

We've packed some items such as Tea Bags (Yorkshire )
Dishwasher tablets, Washing machine tabs (don't drink coffee much)

Anything useful we've forgotten for the Villa? First time in a Villa so any tips welcome

Thought about those but thought we'd need to see size of bin first

Cling film, sandwich bags, a couple of dish cloths. I always take sweeteners away with me and like you Yorkshire t bags. You can always nip to Dollar Tree for stuff if you don’t want to take things with you.

Diluting juice, cereal, snacks.

Just out of interest do villas in Florida not supply basic essentials?

We used to take loads, but depending on how you booked your villa, you usually get some things already there. We now only take teabags. We have been using the same villa for the last couple of years, booking direct with the owner and there are usually sponges and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets under the sink. In the pantry usually paper towels, spare light bulbs etc. Always have plastic containers also to take cut fruit or sandwiches to the parks in. Also clothes liquid and conditioner. Our villa owner leaves a welcome pack too, with milk, butter and juice in the fridge and bread, jam, salt and pepper and biscuits, just a nice touch to get you started. If you booked direct with the owner, I’d ask them if they provide anything.

What about surface wipes, like Flash the ones? We usually take them for wiping up after breakfast. We eat the rest of our meals out, I don’t cook on holiday...mind you, if I could get away with it I wouldn’t cook ever

No, you are lucky if you get a spare loo roll.
