What are your favourite salads?

Nuts seeds fruit cheese in any combo on a salad.
Griddled peaches or nectarine on a bed of leaves walnuts or pecans with blue cheese or goats cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

My DH loves the salads in Wendy's when we visit Florida. If you Google Wendy's salads, there are loads of copycat recipes.

Dried cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples and grapes work well in salads.

What about coronation chicken?

This made me laugh!

I made a bean salad this morning -
One can black eyed beans
One can sweetcorn
Onion (any, chopped finely)
Tomatoes chopped small
A chilli chopped small
One lime, squeezed
Fresh Coriander
A good glug of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Its delicious with tuna, or add some feta cheese

I had a grapefruit melon and rocket salad for breakfast just a dash of balsamic vinegar on it lovely

We like adding griddled hallumi and crispy pepperoni to a basic salad 🥗

Grilled chicken and bacon with lots of chopped peppers, romaine, mini tomatoes and salad onions.
Also pear and walnut with rocket, Parmesan shavings and a drizzle of good olive oil.

Caesar Salad for me. Doesn't matter what is in it but I just love the dressing.
Second favourite is honey mustard dressing.
Thirdly - a dressing of mixed salad cream and tomato ketchup.

I like to add seeds and croutons for a bit of crunch!
