Disney Face Masks

I have a big head... no, really. UK standard size masks don’t work on me. Can I see some pics of the unopened large ones? Might be interested.

I ordered XL following the comments on the US masks.
They are more like a hat than a mask!
Today I have adjusted the ear straps, sewn the top and bottom pleats, sewn a dart in the bottom and put wire along the inside of the top
Now they fit ok, but the character face ones look distorted.

Just to update, I ordered the Star Wars ones in medium. In the meantime I complained to Disney and yesterday they offered to replace my large masks and asked which size so I asked for medium. Today my medium SW ones arrive and are too small . I mean they’re wearable but the ear loops are uncomfortable. So it appears if you’re in between medium and large then neither suit.

Hi, we had 3 packs of large arrive today and they are huge, can I ask you for the number or email you used to contact Disney regarding these.

Ours arrived today and the large are HUGE. I have some family members they maybe ok for and I'll try and alter the others. I did order some mediums and they are ok for us.

Further update - Disney are refunding me for the Star Wars mediums and sending me Mickey & Minnie ones in medium. They say to keep the large because they’re not returnable. It’s so frustrating because neither size is ideal but I’m happy that at least I’m not £80 out of pocket for them!

Disney have said the will replace our large ones free of charge, they asked us to send pictures showing the sizing with a tape measure as they want to investigate with their supplier.

Yes that’s what they asked me too. I know they didn’t have to replace them so I’m pleased that they have.
