The power of the DIBB 😂 made me buy one of these for our recent trip . I only used it the day before travel and our journey home. I noticed the stitching of one of the handles is coming undone. Anyone else had issues. I have emailed and sent pictures so they are deciding if there is anything that can be done ! Surely a £50 bad should last longer than 3 or 4 uses. I did buy it earlier in the Summer but kept it for our August trip !

That's really bad! Mines fine but if certainly complain if it wasn't.

I think you must have been unlucky- I've had mine ages and use it heavily and have had no issues. Hope they sort it for you!

I would send an email.
I also bought mine early but didn’t use it until summer, used it lots for travelling to and from holiday, and a few times since and it still looks brand new

Edit: sorry, just realised you have emailed already, I hope you get a good outcome, I’ve heard they are a good company for customer service

I've used the same Maya backpack almost daily for over a year. I've only just swapped it a couple of weeks ago (for another Maya, different colour) because the bottom of one of the straps was staring to pull and the coating come off. And I carry a LOT in my handbag!

Their customer service is outstanding. Charlotte who owns the company is amazing and really tries hard to fix all customer service issues! I have loads of Mia Tui bags and have had such fantastic service each and every time. I even forgot to put a discount code in once when I was ordering something online, so I range them and spoke to Charlotte and she just refunded the difference with no bother at all 👍
