Height
My nearly 3 year old is 39inches without sandles on. Do you think he could just make the 40inches mark or are they very strict? We go Friday, my husband thinks he could grow a bit in that space of time. Haha

They measure with shoes on, so as long as you’re not rocking up in Spice Girls style platform boots, the footwear might be enough to reach the height restriction. However, if you get to the measure and are even the smallest bit short, they won’t let him on so may be worth prepping him just in case. Enjoy!

When did you measure him?
When my boy was 3 we had the same issues, tears cause he was a sliver short of splash mountain. The next morning he wanted to do star tours and was just tall enough; he was slightly taller in the morning than the afternoon, apparently we squash through the day |

Height restrictions are there for safety reasons so I wouldn't want to risk it myself.

Get him some trainers with a thick sole and you'll be fine.
