 “...this is Tesco garden tinned peas avec snail...” Suffice to say we didn’t bother finding out if this was a trend or not. Tesco have refunded us a grand total of 40p for our trouble. (I really should have sub-contracted the call out to Mr Tom Morrow, I’m sure he would have faired better  )

This was in My Uncle Bens rice and we got A £5 voucher, not brilliant but better than a 40p refund!

Don't rise to the bait. All joking aside I think their response is Mid Atlantic nonsense. Would I be upset about a snail? Not really just give me my cash back and maybe a 2nd tin free. But please don't send me a rubbish E Mail that is full of platitudes and bull ≈≈≈≈.
