Dairy Free Toddler at WDW - Photos of food from our trip

Milk allergy – our favourite dairy free finds in WDW

I had done quite a bit of searching before hand on what might be available for travelling with a milk allergy and struggled to find many reports. I know milk allergies are quite common so thought I would do a summary of some of our favourite finds here in case it is useful for anyone else.

Minnie Rice Cereal Treat – our daughter loved this and it was very handy to have one with us in case we wanted a snack she couldn't have.

Magic Kingdom

Dole whip – I was so excited before we went that she could have a dole whip!

Strawberry dole whip from Sunshine Tree Terrace (we did also try to classic pineapple)

Magic Kingdom Pre-Fireworks Dessert Party – DF platter

Pinocchio’s milk allergy pizza – this was a favourite of our daughters, she absolutely loved it.

Cinderella Royal Table – dairy free pastry

Cinderella Royal Table – sausage and scrabbled egg

Columbia Harbour House – kids prawns, rice and green beans

EPCOT

Dairy free skillet at Garden Grill made especially for our daughter

Dairy free cookies and chocolate bar at Garden Grill

Animal Kingdom

Tusker House – most of the food was dairy free except the mac and cheese

Dairy free cookies at Tusker House

Satu’li Canteen – chicken bowl

Animal Kingdom Lodge

Sanaa – allergy friendly bread service

Sanaa – kids salmon, rice and veg

Disney Springs

Erin Mckenna Bakery at Disney Springs (everything here is vegan) - raspberry cookie sandwich

Erin Mckenna Bakery at Disney Springs – celebration brownie

Hollywood Studios

Docking Bay 7 – Ithorian Pasta Rings (Ronto Roasters are also available to get milk free)

ABC Commissary – pork tacos

Riviera Resort

Topolinos Terrance – dairy free pastries

Topolinos Terrance – sausage, scrabbled egg and potatoes

Outside of Disney

Olive Garden – kids tomato pasta with chicken

Other food, I don’t have a photo of:

- Hot dog from Flame Tree BBQ
- Plain chicken from Chicken Guy

Thanks for taking a look .

This will really help a lot of people. I wish we had something like this 6 years ago. Luckily our daughter has now outgrown it and Disney was amazing when we went with her too 😊

Our daughter is dairy free due to a milk protein intolerance. It took us her first five months to figure it out. Interestingly she can now have regular pastries (butter, baked into things, is fine). Custards, yoghurt, cheeses, ice cream, whipped cream/cream, uncooked butter, and dairy-based dips, frostings, and sauces bother her stomach quite a lot. It's incredible how many common foods include dairy in some form. Thankfully she does not have an anaphylactic reaction, though she has unfortunately not grown out of this allergy.

Now dd is 12 and often chooses vegan options because it can be easiest to avoid dairy (sauces etc) that way.

Good luck with your little girl and thank you for sharing the dairy-free options you found.

Thanks so much and I am very glad to hear your daughter has outgrown it. V has just started step 2 of the milk ladder, we are taking it slow so hopefully she is too!

Thank you so much for this info! We’re going as a family in July and my dgs (will be 18 months) is dairy free. So glad I can buy him a dole whip!
