Hilton Grand Vacations Hotels

Hi all,
Im currently looking at 3 bedroom hotels/condos for our family. We need 3 bedrooms, has transportation to the parks, family friendly.

Currently looking at

Hilton Grand Vacation Seaworld
Hilton Grand Vacation Tuscany Village
Hilton Grand Vacation Las Palmeras

Are any of these on the i trolley bus route? Offer any transportation to parks and if in walking distance to shops/restaurants etc.

Any general info on the above, and if any recommendations for alternative. We wont be driving, so relying on buses etc.

We have stayed in Orlando lots of times so know the area. In September we are staying at HGV Tuscany village, we chose it due to the great location. Lots of nearby restaurants and right next to premium outlets. Has good reviews on trip advisor so can’t wait.

HGV at Seaworld has a trolley stop outside the front gates - we stayed at a hotel opposite at Xmas and it was literally right there. HGV Tuscany Village is near a trolley stop as they come very close to the outlets which it is right next door to. Have no idea about the Las Palmeras resort sorry. Which parks are going to visit most? HGV Seaworld is handy for the Seaworld resorts and Idrive but you will still need a shuttle or uber to get to any other theme parks. If disney is your main focus there are other villa resorts that do 3 beds that may be closer offer transport.

We will be doing a week onsite at Universal for those parks, however our 2nd week we will be doing Disney,Seaworld,Discovery Cove etc

Which 3 bed resorts would be closer? That offer transport?

We have stayed at both Hilton seaworld and Tuscany village (several times ) and are back there in three weeks.
As said the trolley and lynx stop right outside the Hotel also the hotel has a gate that takes you right into premium outlets,
Across the road is publix and a diner place, then of course there is the new Cheesecake Factory nearby also fords garage.
This is our favourite hotel, every room has a balcony .

HGV seaworld is nice , walking distance to discovery cove, seaworld etc.
Also there’s a CVS pharmacy nearby,
Location and hotel wise prefer Tuscany villages.

Adding to this - we love Tuscany Village, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Orlando. Lots of eateries in walking distance, along with Publix, Walgreens etc. Plus the back gate leads straight into the Vineland Premium Outlets! If you go over the road to Publix, the folks in Reception are happy to come and pick you up with their golf buggy - very handy if you’re bringing frozen stuff back in 32 degree heat 😄 The apartments are great, really spacious with full kitchens, washer/dryer, screened balcony with a big table and four chairs on it etc. There are also shuttles to the theme parks, although the timings can be a little tricky to work with (although you can shuttle there and return by uber/lyft). Last time we went, the Universal and Seaworld shuttles were free, but the WDW ones were charged for.
With regards the other HGVC properties, we haven’t been to the Seaworld one but did book Las Palmeras on our last trip and didn’t like it - the vibe was very 18-30 and it was stuck in the back of beyond with nothing walkable around it, although that may have changed by now (given all the construction in Orlando!).
I hope this helps. If you have any specific questions about Tuscany Village please ask; it’s a really great place.
