Testing in Birmingham pre cruise

We are travelling to Southampton for a cruise in July from Ireland. We need to test the day before and are doing an overnight in Birmingham.
Can anyone reccomend somewhere to get LFT done or can we just walk in to a pharmacy and get tested without appointment thanks

Does it have to be supervised or can it be an unsupervised LFT? You could preorder the tests then take them with you and do them once you arrive in Birmingham.
I’m just looking into this myself for our P&O cruise from Southampton in 3 weeks time.

I'm on a P&O Facebook page as we're on Iona in October. I'm pretty sure you don't need a supervised test, just a certified one.

Where about in Birmingham are you staying? There are two branches of Randox in the city centre but the supervised tests are £35 and you can get a home test plus certificate for a lot less than that.

When I was looking for our tests next week (i preferred in person) I found Randox in the city centre and express test at Birmingham airport.

Just got back from Iona today! It’s non supervised we used prenetics all super easy.
