Yes, you need your park ticket numbers to add to the MDE (My Disney experience app) to reserve the park days.

If you order tickets you should get the reference numbers for MDE to link them the same day. I booked 3 x 1 day tickets with Disney (using a VPN) as it was about $10 cheaper per ticket and they linked straight away, then you can book your park day.

Ooh I didn’t know you could purchase one day tickets directly from Disney.
So you did it online with a VPN……i’ve not used that before is it simple enough?

Thanks

Sorry just seen your reply. Yes, I use Tunnelbear or VPN360(download on phone or tablet/ipad) - switch it on, then go to the Disney site (should come up as disneyworld.disney.go.com) , click on the 3 little lines in the left top corner, go to Theme Park Tickets and it will allow you to do it from there. You can then go through the motions and it will log you into your MDE account.

Hope that helps!

Make sure the VPN server is set to one in the USA. Usually you can select which server to use and if it's set to one in the UK or Europe then you won't be able to get onto the American Disney website to book 1 day tickets.

You can also buy 1-day tickets from UndercoverTourist and OrlandoAttractions (and probably other websites). You won't need a VPN for those but the price will be slightly more.
