Question Recommendations for 3 days in Dubai...must do's

Hi guys,

We have 3 full days coming up in Dubai and seeing that it's our first ever visit what would you recommend are the must do's?

We've decided Atlantis Aquaventure is a must for us but what/where else would you go?

Thank you so much

Dubai is amazing, you will gave the best time.
Burj Khalifa would be my top go to.
Dont know your party ages but afternoon tea in the burj Al Arab is an experience.
The frame if you have kids is good.

We’ve just come back from 7 nights in Dubai and here’s my suggestions/tips.

The queues for the lifts at the Burj Khalifa can be really long so we booked afternoon tea (the Los Gormadizos option - spelling is incorrect) and used the entertainer app for buy one get one free. Good view, good food and no queueing. Pair that with a trip to the Dubai Mall, and stay for the fountain show in the evening. We paid about £5 and viewed from the boardwalk viewing platform, it gave clear views but we did get wet! We were pre-warned by staff but didn’t realise we’d be soaked through

If you’re not staying at Atlantis, the queue for taxis when Aquaventure closes can be long so we booked dinner at Wavehouse. It’s a new casual restaurant, happy hour from 5pm - 8pm and when we left we got a taxi straightaway.

Aura Skypool is amazing. The views are phenomenal, it’s a good way to do something different and have a few hours relaxation. We booked the morning slot which is 11pm - 3pm. It does need to be booked and does sell out.

Don’t underestimate the heat/humidity. We’ve been to Turkey and Vegas in August so thought the heat would be fine but my goodness, it was very sticky heat. We walked from the marina to a restaurant during the daytime and we were really sticky when we arrived. It’s very draining. I’d suggest daytimes are for air conditioned activities or sunbathing by a pool and evenings are for outdoor activities.

Does depend on the age of your party - afternoon tea in the Burj is an amazing experience, Ski Dubai is fun for kids, Aquaventure over Wadi Wadi definitely, though Wadi Wadi is easier to get to! I also did the Rib boat - brilliant experience as you see all the iconic buildings etc from the water. It’s cheap ish too!
