Its so frustrating ive already paid once to change the date now i have to pay a second time, for something that used to not even be an issue, you could literally start your tickets whenever you wanted, its pure greed charging you to change the activation date. I completely feel for you on the sensory issues dilemma, it will totally depend on how your little grandson feels on the day it doesnt work in these situations having to pre plan specific days in parks, there should be the option to be flexible or a planner!

A polite but firm email sent regarding the tickets and the response was that I was being charged the current price of the tickets due to the recent price increases and poor dollar exchange rate. I pointed out that my tickets were booked at the old price and all I wanted to do was change the date to a date in the same price bracket. As a “gesture of goodwill” the £90 charge will be scrapped and date amended for free!
