Gatwick hotels
HI all
Looking for a general consensus on which is the nicest hotel in Gatwick South - Hilton or Sofitel? We'd be staying executive level, so any feedback on the executive lounges would be gratefully received . TIA. |

Re hotels I would consider North Terminal hotels as well. The shuttle from North to South is frequent and only takes 2 or 3 minutes.

So Hilton is at South, Sofitel is at North. Connected by transit but different terminals

I havent stayed since Covid, but I used to regularly stay at Gatwick after the late flight home from Seville and found the Sofitel far superior to the Hilton (despite the fact that I would have much preferred earning hilton points)
I cant recall the quality of the Hilton's lounge, but had no issue with the sofitel one (other than the choice of beers was a little too limited). |
