Yes plus all my fingers and ankles, everything just about held at bay with 1mg Elleste except hips all the time and ankles after walking a little while. Hips are getting worse but I can’t increase hrt due to gynae issues so stuck now 🙁

The hips especially are going to make walking around parks very tricky 🙁

I am on Oestragel, one pump a day and it stopped all my horrible flushes. Love being able to sleep all night again.

Oh my days, this is me! I have been to see an orthopaedic surgeon and a rheumatologist, although I have a herniated disc they have said the pain I’m saying I have shouldn’t be there, and as I’m so flexible it makes me look like I’m lying when I say I can’t walk far and my hips and knees hurt.

I’m putting off being referred to a neurologist as I fear the next step is surgery which I want to avoid if possible, maybe I should arrange a trip to my dr who I have been told is amazing with anything menopause related. I’m 52 years old and 3 months without a period so far. I’m constantly tearing up, high anxiety, and generally a miserable cow.

Aww yes definitely see your GP sounds like it could well be menopause related.
