Covid testing in US ahead of cruise

Does anyone have any recent experience of getting a test in the US ahead of a cruise? Our sail date is Sunday so we can get tested from tomorrow. There seems to be lots of providers offering free testing to those with health insurance but I’m guessing travel insurance won’t cover that? Anywhere offering reasonably priced tests for non citizens?

Following as we will have same situation in 6 weeks time. Our plan at the moment is to book an online test (we have recently used the online tests for travel and they were great) my only worry is that with the time difference things could get confusing as we may miss the test!

We are cruising on Oasis if the Seas from Cape Liberty (NJ) in July and have booked tests with Bloom Labs in NYC. It is a walk in testing facility and you get the results sent to you the same day (for antigen test)! Hopefully all will be ok for us to board 🤞

We went in May and had a few days in Orlando before driving down to Miami to board RC. As the pre-flight test in UK (as was required to enter US then) was more than 72 hours since taken we booked a drive through test with Walgreens. We did this whilst still in the UK (due to potential availability issues) and used the hotel address as our 'US address' when completing the online booking tool. We had no issues with the test or with boarding RC following the Negative test result. There was no fee for the test and we did drive by Walgreens a couple of days earlier to check and they confirmed it would be free even as UK citizens.
This was in May and so many things could have changed even now, but if the option is still there, it's certainly worth checking out.

We used the LCC Testing facility at Orlando Airport. We landed on the Wednesday and got tested while we were at the airport ready to cruise on the Saturday. It was so simple and straightforward and the lady even brought our results to us as we were waiting in an area just around the corner from the centre. Took no more than 10 minutes!

I am thinking of using the testing facility at MCO too now. How much did it cost and did you have to book? It looks like there are a few different providers there...

Just for info, we took tests with us from Qured - they would have worked fine had we not tested positive.

Thanks so much - I might do Breathe Assured as we have used them before... trying to work out cheapest and least stressful option!
