I renewed DD on 30th May through post office check and send. Despite photo not being right and needing to verify my identity again it took 3 weeks. I got refund from post office via letter they sent. All very quick for us.

Renewed my 2 DS’s passports online last month (one going from child to adult). One took 3 weeks, the other 4 weeks (delayed due to getting someone to verify his identity). One was sent to Belfast, the other Peterborough

Renewed mine online on 15/6 and it was sent for printing yesterday.

So awaiting his, now 13 weeks and he goes on holiday next Friday,maybe. This was a replacement for a lost passport, somewhere between uni and home. Has spoken to several staff members and not getting much joy

Online application was 15 June, passport sent second class and received on 20 and had an email yesterday (27th) to say it is being printed.
