Help with Disney App

If I go to my Disney experience on the website it shows all my tickets and reservations. If I go onto the app its only shows a select few days. 😖
This is were it says ‘up coming plans’ it gives a park reservation number then says ‘good to go’ but only shows the 21st, 25th & 29th July.
What’s happened to the other 11 days ?
I hate app’s 😖 Any advice?
Can I only use the app once in the parks to book things or can I use the website?

Does it need updating? Or, it could be another great Disney IT glitch, which they are very good at!

The app is very glitchy. Sometimes everything will show no problem. Other times of the day it would say no future plans or only show part of the holiday information.

If everything is showing on the website I wouldn't worry about it. It will sort itself out.

If you need it now try reinstalling the MDE app or see if there are any updates available.

To update mine, I go into the Google Play store on my phone, type in Disney World and it brings the app up in a list. If it needs updating, there will be an update option when you chose the app from the list. I've just checked, and mine needed updating.

If you go to the 3 little lines at the bottom of the screen on the right then click Future Plans … it should list everything 😊

The app is rubbish. We found while we were there each day the park reservation for that day would disappear in the morning. The first time I was worried thinking it had cancelled the reservation but it was still showing on the website, just not in the app.

I had the same heart attack earlier and was just about to post that if you go into Future Plans it should all be there, but someone has already posted it.

One query I have with the MDE app is that I have my whole party on there, me, DW, DS1 and DS2. My wife has downloaded the MDE app and signed up but it only shows her and me. My park reservations show 4 people but hers only has 2. Do I need to "add" the kids onto hers somehow or give her permission to have them

There’s been a fair few folk in the ride lines moaning about it especially trying to do food ordering
