Car hire return luggage trolley/cart

Heading home tomorrow and have a lot of luggage, husband going with the bulk and dropping the car off, are there luggage carts at the car hire return or will I have to get one from the airport and bring it over? Also saw people offering to help/ bring your bag for a price obviously are they legit?

There are luggage carts
The skycaps are legit I�d rather give them the $10/15 than struggle with one of those trolleys for $8 they are a devil to push across the street

The skycaps people were there in November but weren�t around in March, so we had to take 3 trolleys with a baby and struggle through.

There are always carts available in the car hire returns.
