Rhodes airport

We are going to Rhodes at the end of August. Has anyone been there recently as I’ve heard one account of very long delays both on and off the plane from someone who travelled there six weeks ago.

Just make sure you go though the police part asap, don’t hang about in the first bit of departures after security, there is a secondary police check and it takes bloody ages, get through that before you relax.

Thanks, will do. I don’t remember the second police check from previous visits but maybe it’s since Brexit?

came through Rhodes airport 2 weeks ago and had absolutely no wait whatso ever.
Very low queues for bag drop. No queue at security. You do have the passport queue nearer to your gate , but again no wait at all really.
