Villa for Easter cancelled, new search begins 😞

We’d booked a villa for Easter 2020 through clickstay and had a call this afternoon to say the owners have sold and they are refunding my deposit as new owners won’t be renting.
Obviously with it being such a busy time there isn’t as much choice now.
I’ve spotted a couple, 1 in Davenport and 1 in Cumbrian Lakes, any thoughts on either area?
Or advice on companies to try.
I have posted in the villa section already to see if anyone has anything available.

"Davenport" is almost meaningless as a location description. Have they given you any more details?

We have stayed in Cumbrian Lakes two or three times in a lovely villa overlooking the lake.
It is gated although not manned. There’s a Walmart not far away which we used often.
We liked it but wanted a change next year and booked Championsgate area.

If that is Vizcay Way in Davenport, it appears to be in the Aylesbury community and not far from the junction of I4 and highway 27. Both communities are on the Dibb Villa Communities map if you want to compare locations. I don't have personal experience of either.

If you look at the DIBB villas you can see most availability straight away maybe quicker than waiting for owners to get back to you, As some may be away on not come on as regular, Just a thought but hopefully most will get back to you ASAP.

We have always used DIBB villas when not staying on Disney site and found them fantastic.
We loved Sunset Lakes, It really is less than 10 mins to the parks, Two mins to loads of shops and restaurants, It is in the Formosa gardens area, Gated community pus wonderful views of the lakes.

What a worry for you, I really hope you find somewhere soon.

I do know the Sunset Lakes area. An excellent community in a very convenient location.

We stayed at Cumbrian Lakes in 2012 on a villa on the lake. Was a lovely 4 bed. We've stayed over towards the 27 and prefer the location on the 192 east. Walmart and Aldi are close by on the 192 as well

Thanks for the replies we’ve managed to book a lovely villa in the sanctuary at west haven.
Panic over, can now prepare the Christmas Day reveal for the kids

The sanctuary is a great location.
Top tip.
There’s a Chinese takeaway on the corner of Ronald reagan road/27.
Don’t use that one, go to the one in berry town by Publix. Much better.
West haven to championsgate, so much better kept than some areas.
