Virgin wedding dept is it a UK call centre?

Hi

My SIL is going to phone up and book her wedding package with virgin this week, can anyone tell me if this will go through to a uk call centre? I'm not sure if she does this just through the normal virgin booking line if so whats the uk no? don't want to be booking through the indian call centre.

Thanks

When I rung to discuss quotes with Virgin weddings, it was a UK department. The wedding coordinators are UK based from what they told me

Thanks I've got a number for the wedding team so will get her to use that.

Nothing against India just want the questions answered and want to be able to understand the person on the end of the phone!
